Alberta - MRP Regional Engagement Session - Toolbox Training

Alberta Second Session Added! Join us for an interactive session focused on building capacity and strengthening understanding of Matrimonial Real Property (MRP) on reserve. This regional engagement will bring together First Nation housing and lands staff, leadership, and service providers to explore key MRP topics, share experiences, and receive hands-on training with the MRP Toolbox — a practical resource designed to support policy development, implementation, and community education. Participants will leave with tools and strategies to effectively administer MRP processes and support families navigating housing and property matters during relationship breakdowns or other life transitions.
Travel expenses, including hotel accommodations, meals and mileage, will be reimbursed up to a maximum of $1,000.00 per delegate representing each First Nation. Participants must attend both days to receive the full reimbursement.
