Housing Governance & Leadership Workshop | Moncton

This two-day workshop focuses on enhancing the understanding of governance and leadership approaches that support delivery and management of housing programs and services. Participants will engage in interactive activities to strengthen their ability to support/make informed decisions, understand fiduciary duties and liability as it relates to housing and, to foster accountability within their housing operations. FNHPA has developed a Housing Governance and Leadership Toolbox which includes sample resources and tools and supports the workshop content. The Toolbox is available through FNHPA.
