Overview
On a daily basis, housing managers and professionals are engaged with tenants, maintenance workers, sale vendors, contractors for new construction projects and community members. In fact, the risks of being housing managers tend to grow as the number of homes or units that are managed increases. Therefore housing managers face a wide variety of risks in their work and the key is to manage the risk. Risk management is becoming a very important part of the job. Housing Managers must identify where the risks are and take steps to manage them.
