Home Maintenance

This resource kit introduces learners to their First Nation’s housing rules and regulations. Learners begin by watching a video introducing natural and social laws. Next, an engaging
presentation introduces the general information contained in housing policies. Learners will explore the rights and responsibilities of housing occupants and housing departments. Then, learners interview a community member about their experience as a housing occupant or member of the housing department. Finally, learners reflect on their rights and responsibilities as housing occupants and find ways to share their learning with their community.
