We tend to speak on professional development pertaining to the position held but often fail to include the importance of Mental Health and Wellbeing to prevent burnout. Throughout the country, the topic of retention is high on the radar of many First Nations. Join us for two days where we will be focusing on the wellbeing of the Managers/Staff as well with an all-inclusive approach to Capacity Building as well as Health and Wellness strategies for a work and home life balance
